Copland has beaten me so far.

Copland D9 "Tools Edition"

On the Power Macintosh 7100/66, at least, the CD isn't bootable. So, I perform a somewhat modified setup procedure.

  1. Boot from the model's restore CD
  2. Create the two partitions with Apple HD SC Setup
  3. Install System 7.1.2 to the first partition
  4. Create the No Copland Mount file on the first partition
  5. Reboot into System 7.1.2
  6. Insert the Copland D9 CD
  7. Upgrade the first partition to System 7.5 using the Copland CD's copy
  8. Proceed as normal from there
