Removing a stuck disc from a slot-loading optical drive

Due to the risk of damaging the disc and/or the optical drive, only use this for an easily-replaceable disc and an already-malfunctioning drive -- or as a last resort for a good drive.
- Wedge plastic card #1 below the disc
- Pop the disc off the spindle
- Bend plastic card #1 as far down as possible
- Move plastic card #1 as far to the side as possible
- Wedge plastic card #2 above the disc on the other side
- Move both cards toward the center of the disc, applying somewhat significant force
- Squeeze the cards together and pull them out, applying somewhat significant force
- Remove the cards and disc
